How do you hang a net curtain on a bay window? Without havin to pay a ridiculous amount for a bendy pole? Xx

Ive always found it easier to buy three separate nets and use 3 mantle wires with hooks on the end. If you simply take 1 curtain for the whole window i don't think yous have whatever other option other than to purchase one of those poles!
 Does this make sense????

It makes perfect sense! I was considering just chopping the mantle into 3 but I have windows with the PVC ? Around them so I don't know how I'd get the little eyelet (?) into the middle ane.. Now that probably makes no sense lol sorry x

Hi

Ive got a bay window and found information technology a nightmare to get my net curtains to fit. I eventually got a direct rod that bends ( they are quite cheap ) and have the hooks fitted on all the dissimilar panes. I had to get husband to become some extra adhesive stickers as the original ones  that came with the pole simply concluded up coming off

Hope this helps x

Promise this helps x

The merely i I've ever seen that tin can be bent is for the heavy curtains (that was a bloody nightmare to get upwardly) is that the one? Or is there an actual rod that tin can be bent?  X

I call back i know what you mean! lol I had to get my OH to drill  holes in the plastic with a special drill (he used to be a window fitter) so i could shove eyelets in so we could hook each mantle upwardly!

I remember information technology would be easier for you to just purchase a bendy net curtain rod but cant find 1 on google!!

I fabricated the holes past paw wit the eyelets lol (it wasn't like shooting fish in a barrel) I might see if they concur better with drilled holes xx

We've got 3 bay windows.  OH drilled billy planks in wall at top of window (painted information technology the same color as wall).  Cheap plastic rail for curtains easier to spiral into forest and little hooks screwed into the lesser of baton with curtain wire for net curtains.  Hope this makes sense.

i bought 3 blackness extendable small mantle rods from poundland of all places to hang my nets until i got the money together to become my vertical blinds,i measured each window accross and asked the lady in the curtain shop to cutting me 3 private sections of my chosen net in the lengths i wanted(38 drop)as i only wanted to 'net'the bottom half of my windows..put the poles across with those little sticky'pads'that the poles attatch to and the end result was fab, really pleased i managed to do something right for in one case.....paid £60.00 for a bay curtain pole for my large curtains WHAT a nightmare THAT was to put upward, took me and my fiance 4 hours...all looks good now merely we made a right mess and i cut myself on a hacksaw:(

Couldn't you merely purchase a length of drapery wire that fits around the bends of the window and put a hook in each curve to hold it to the window? Put your mantle on the wire, infinite information technology out so it gathers evenly all along and so just press onto the hooks in each 'bend?

That's what I have ATM, I take extra hooks hanging downwardly (with the wire on information technology) but the actress hooks have started to loosen and fall downwards, I've only had it up about 4/5 weeks
